Parking regulations at the Riviera Center have changed as of February 3, 2025. Free parking hours will be available for mall customers.
start: 03/02/2025
The Riviera Shopping and Entertainment Center in Gdynia is introducing parking fees as of February 3, 2025, while also offering customers free parking hours. All customers will be entitled to the first two hours of free parking, while Zdrofit gym users and Auchan hypermarket customers will be entitled to three hours. Visitors to the Helios cinema will be entitled to four hours of free parking. Each additional hour of parking will be charged a fee of PLN 5.
The introduction of parking fees at the Riviera Center aims to improve the availability of parking spaces for customers and prevent long-term parking by those not using Riviera services.
How much will parking cost?
Every customer at the Riviera Center will be able to park free for two hours. A fee of PLN 5 will apply for each additional hour of parking.
Zdrofit club users will be entitled to three free hours of parking – simply register their vehicle registration number on the tablet at the gym. Auchan hypermarket customers will also receive three free hours of parking after scanning their purchase receipt at the automated checkout. Visitors to the Helios cinema will be entitled to four free hours of parking, provided they register their car’s license plate number on the cinema’s tablet.
Modern Parking Management System
The parking lot will be managed by APCOA Polska. The parking system is based on Ticketless technology – upon entry, the vehicle’s license plate number is automatically scanned, which opens the barrier. If drivers have trouble reading the license plate, they will receive a ticket at the barrier.
After completing their visit to Riviera, drivers who have spent more than two hours shopping at the Center should proceed to one of the automated checkouts located at each exit. There, they will enter their vehicle’s license plate number and complete payment. Payments will be accepted by cash, card, or the APCOA FLOW app, which can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store. After payment, the barrier will automatically open upon exit. Should any difficulties arise in the parking lot, assistance will be available from the parking operator’s staff, who can be found at the main exit or summoned to the exit.
The Riviera Shopping Center offers 1,700 parking spaces in three-level parking lots. Fees are among the lowest in Gdynia.
Convenient Access by Public Transportation and Bicycles
The Riviera Center is accessible by public transportation – buses and trolleybuses. Their schedules can be checked at: https://zkmgdynia.pl/. The center is located near the Gdynia Wzgórze św. Maksymiliana and Gdynia Stadion train stations. MEVO bicycle parking stations are also located near the train station entrances.
