  1. Definitions
    Administrator – Union Investment Real Estate GMBH, a German company with its registered office in Hamburg (address: Valentinskamp 70-emporio, 20355 Hamburg, Germany), entered in the Commercial Register (Handelsregister) kept by the District Court (Amtsgericht) in Hamburg under the number HRB 110793, NIP 526-302-23-03. GDPR – Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

    User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more services or functionalities described in the Policy.

  2. Data Processing
    In connection with the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide individual services offered. The detailed rules and purposes of processing personal data collected when the User uses the Website are described below.

      The User’s activity on the Website, including his personal data, is recorded in system logs (a special computer program used to store a chronological record containing information about events and activities regarding the IT system used to provide services by the Administrator). The information collected in the logs is processed primarily for purposes related to the provision of services. The administrator also processes them for technical and administrative purposes, to ensure the security of the IT system and to manage this system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes – in this respect, the legal basis
      processing is based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

    As part of the website at https://centrumriviera.pl/#!/stylove Administrator
    allows you to make an appointment for stylistic consultations using
    electronic contact forms. Using the form requires providing
    personal data necessary to contact the User and provide
    answers to questions. Providing data marked as mandatory is mandatory
    required in order to accept and handle the inquiry, and failure to provide them results in their lack
    handling capabilities. Providing other data is voluntary.
    Personal data is processed:

    1. to identify the sender, handle his query sent by
      provided form – the legal basis for processing is
      the necessity of processing to perform the contract for the provision of the service
      (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
    2. for analytical and statistical purposes – legal basis
      processing is justified by the Administrator’s interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
