I NEED – GENERAL

“I can” is the first initiative of this type in Poland. It is addressed to women of all ages, with different life experiences. As part of the project, well-known and respected specialists, including psychology, healthy lifestyle, family relations or motherhood, in the form of a permanent series of films, once a week they will share their expert knowledge on the social profiles of Centrum Riviera. Self-confidence, motivation to act or awareness of your body – these are just a few examples of topics that will be discussed in the video materials prepared especially for this occasion.
