Architectural accessibility of the Riviera Center

The Riviera Center building is adapted to serve people with mobility disabilities.

Roads on the floors

The walkways on each floor are wide enough for wheelchair users. There are no changes in level between floors. All commercial premises are accessible from the same floor, without steps or other obstacles.

Mini First Aid Kit – at the Riviera Center, you can obtain a mini first aid kit at the information desk. In case of minor injuries or basic medical assistance, please contact the staff, who will provide the necessary first aid supplies.

Facilities for people with sensory hypersensitivity and hearing impairments

Noise-cancelling headphones for adults – available for free download at the InfoPoint.

 

Noise-cancelling headphones for infants and toddlers – available for rent at the InfoPoint.

 

Induction loop – The InfoPoint offers an induction loop that allows people with hearing aids to better communicate and receive support while shopping.

 

Quiet Hours at the Riviera Center are special times when the music is turned off to create a more comfortable shopping environment for those sensitive to sound. They take place every Wednesday (4:00 PM–7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM–11:00 AM).

 

These improvements were introduced as part of the Apsys Polska program – “Spectrum of Understanding,” developed by Apsys to increase awareness and understanding of the autism spectrum in public spaces such as shopping malls.

Dog Admission

The Riviera Center welcomes all visitors with their dogs. Select retail and service outlets allow dogs to enter the store – these are marked with a special information sticker displayed in the window.

Across the Center, both inside and outside, there are water stations for dogs to ensure their comfort during their visit. Riviera is a pet-friendly place; however, when bringing a dog into the Center, please adhere to the Center’s Regulations.
