Centrum Riviera is the largest shopping and entertainment center in Pomerania. Both in the architecture and in the design, modern solutions reminiscent of the French Riviera have been used. Places for bicycles
Nearly 250 parking spaces located along the center and in the underground car park.
A place for animals
For dogs waiting for their owners, there is a special stand with a water/food bowl in front of the centre.

2.5 thousand places in a multi-storey, monitored car park and in an outdoor car park.
Fountains and loungers
In the main part of the Center there are deckchairs and a decorative fountain, creating a relaxation zone.
24/7 security
The facility is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and protected by security personnel.
Inpost parcel lockers
At the entrance to Gdynia Redłowo (open 24/7) and at the entrance to the car park Foka al. French, level +1 (open during business hours).
Cinema
Helios Cinema can host 1,300 viewers in six cinema halls. It has comfortable armchairs, couches for couples and free passages between the rows.

In the center there is a Super-Pharm Apteka pharmacy (level 0).

Designated places are located at the entrances to the Center and in car parks.

There are playgrounds for children along the passage. We also have a Fun Park (floor 1), where children can spend time under the care of animators.

There are lockers at the entrances to all toilets. In the autumn and winter period, a paid cloakroom is also open.

At Centrum Riviera, Clients can take advantage of a free stylist’s advice service while shopping.

We collect numerous awards
Since the beginning of its operation, the Riviera Center has received many prestigious awards. The jury of the EuropaProperty Investments & Green Building Awards named Riviera the Best Retail Building of the Year. In addition, the jury awarded Centrum Riviera the title of “Overall Project of the Year”, i.e. they recognized Riviera as the most important project developed in Poland and Central Europe in 2013. Moreover, the Center and the manager received: Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for 2013 The Best Project of the Year, Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for 2013 Mayland -Developer of the Year, Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for 2013 The Best Extended/Re furbished Project of the Year, the award of the chairman of the Gdynia City Council for the best investment in Gdynia in 2013, awarded by the Gdynia City Council, the Prime Property Prize Tricity 2014 in the shopping center category. The center also received an excellent rating under the prestigious BREEAM certificate in the “Asset” and “Building Management” categories.
