Centrum Riviera is the largest shopping and entertainment center in Pomerania. Both in the architecture and in the design, modern solutions reminiscent of the French Riviera have been used. Numerous play areas for children, varied relaxation areas, a fountain with sun loungers surrounding it and numerous events organized by the center make shopping, both individual and with the family, pleasant and relaxing.

Since the beginning of its operation, the Riviera Center has received many prestigious awards. The jury of the EuropaProperty Investments & Green Building Awards named Riviera the Best Retail Building of the Year. In addition, the jury awarded Centrum Riviera the title of “Overall Project of the Year”, i.e. they recognized Riviera as the most important project developed in Poland and Central Europe in 2013. Moreover, the Center and the manager received: Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for 2013 The Best Project of the Year, Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for 2013 Mayland -Developer of the Year, Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for 2013 The Best Extended/Re furbished Project of the Year, the award of the chairman of the Gdynia City Council for the best investment in Gdynia in 2013, awarded by the Gdynia City Council, the Prime Property Prize Tricity 2014 in the shopping center category. The center also received an excellent rating under the prestigious BREEAM certificate in the “Asset” and “Building Management” categories. The director of the Centre, Marek Ciszewski, received the CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for the best shopping center director in Central and Eastern Europe and the “Gdynia without barriers” award in Gdynia for courage and openness in implementing educational and social activities for all residents of Gdynia, taking into account the needs of people with disabilities and setting new standards of accessibility of public space in the Riviera Center in Gdynia.
